The Landscape Institute South West is hosting a panel debate and Q+A session about the role and purpose of design reviews with a focus on landscape architects.
Design review by an independent panel of experts is an increasing part of the pre-application planning process now embedded in NPPF. Landscape Architects' expertise is much needed to help steer and inform future development.
The panellists include:

Michele Lavelle – from 4D Landscape Design - An experienced design review member for the Bristol Urban Design Forum and Creating Excellence South West
Sarah Foqué - Natural infrastructure officer at Plymouth City Council and Director at Studio Bloem

The event will take place at Headway Devon, The XCentre, Commercial Road, Exeter, EX2 4AD. Networking and drinks at 6 pm, panel discussion starting at 6.30pm to 7.30pm.
